Surin Beach has many nice hotels and resorts to choose from and like Kamala, there are beachfront resorts that line some areas of the beach. As mentioned before, there are holiday homes that are available to rent out and if you are planning to rent one of these places out, you might want to consider sharing with others, as the prices of these places are mostly very expensive to rent. Things to Do at Surin Beach
Snorkeling can be quiet popular here in the High Season but isn't advisable in the Low Season due to more swell and less suitable conditions and surfers come here for a few waves when the conditions are right.
Like Patong, Surin Beach has vendors walking up and down the beach all day trying to sell souvenirs, carvings, clothes and food when you are laying on the deck chairs and this is pretty much unavoidable on most of the beaches of Phuket.
There are many places to eat here especially along the beach where you can find some really nice restaurants selling anything from -Thai food, seafood to Italian food. The beachfront setup at Surin is very similar to that of Kamala Beach.
The nightlife at Surin Beach is much smaller than most other areas and there are some small bars and eatery's here.
Surin Beach has a pretty well known nightclub here called Stereo Lab. Dj's play a range of different dance music here from funky house, electro, R&B, hip hop and lounge music.
The club is open early in the afternoon, and is right on the beach and has some really nice chairs which sit on the beach to relax on and enjoy the music, what better way to spend an afternoon.
