Soi Sansabai Burgers - The Best in Patong

The most well known place to get a good burger in Patong is Amena Burger, which is located in Soi Sansabai. This little burger stand is set up late every night and is open till the partying stops on Bangla Road in the early hours of the morning. The burgers here have earned a reputation as the best in Patong and are known all around the world. A Facebook fan page has been made for these burgers and it is known as the - Soi Sansabai Burger Fan Club.

The beef burgers are very nice, but the chicken - burgers are sensational and for only 80 Baht, you can't go wrong. What could be better then satisfying your hunger with one of the best burgers around after having many drinks and only paying 80 Baht? The burgers used to be 60 Baht, but it wasn't going to stay at that price forever.

Most of the time there is a small line up to grab a burger here, but it is worth the wait plus they have some chairs to sit on where you can enjoy the scenery as people walk to and from Bangla Road. You usually don't have to wait any longer than 10 minutes for a burger.

If you don't know where Soi Sansabai is, just go to the end of Bangla Road (opposite the beach end) which meets Rat U Thit Road and go strait across the road to a smaller street (Soi Sansabai) which is located in between Rock City and Sand Inn. If you are walking down Soi Sansabai away from Bangla Road, then you will see Amena Burger on your right hand side - not far from the start of the Soi. If you haven't found it and you have come to @ White Patong Hotel, then you have walked too far and need to go back a little.

It's hard to miss the burger stand when there are people sitting out front eating or queuing up for their burgers, but if you didn't know it was there, you might walk strait past it and not realize it is there, as there is so much activity going on in the Soi at any one time, plus there are always motorbikes parked all around the burger stand.
The stand usually sets up at around 10.00pm, but has been know to set up earlier and also later and can be open almost until the sun comes up.
If you haven't tried one of these burgers already, then you need to try one. Once you try one, you will realize why they are the most popular place to get a burger in Patong and you will be back for more.
